Placing An Order
On the product page, adjust the quantity and click Add to Cart. Fill in the information requested for shipping and billing. A street address is required for shipping, no P.O. boxes.
You will receive a confirmation of your order via email.
Custom Orders require a 50% downpayment in order to start working on the custom piece.
The total balance is due before the furniture may be released from Rios Interiors Inc's possession
Seller shall attempt to meet delivery dates on custom order but in no event shall the seller be responsible or liable for failure to do so.
Returns and Cancellations
For items such as home accessories, iron hardware, purses, and fashion accessories will be subject to our ability to cancel. No cancellations will be accepted after the order has shipped. UPS shipping is the carrier used.
For furniture, no returns are allowed after three days. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt, returns are for store credit only. Store credit must be used within six months of the date issued.
All sales are final during our annual sales.
The sales associate is not responsible for mathematical errors on the Rios Interiors invoice.
